The purpose of the project – construction of cottage town “De Luxe», suburban center of recreation and leisure activities for the whole family.
The structure of the town:
- Mansions – not less than 800 sq.m;
- Cottages – upto 500 sq.m;
- Lanehouses – upto 200 sq.m.
Descriptions of infrastructure:
- availability of places of leisure – golf club, riding academy, fitness center, restaurants, shops, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground for summer sports and fishing (football, basketball, handball, mini football, volleyball, badminton, bowling, croquet, petanque, etc.);
- basic infrastructure – roads, electricity, water, gas;
- distance to Kyiv – less than 40 km.
