The project envisages creation of the modern, high-level international yacht marina on 500 (1000) anchor sites, with expended set of services that include summer mooring on water, winter storage on ashore, technical services, restaurant and hotel service boaters and tourists.
Construction of marina provides significant use of the coastal territory and waters of the sea, and is positioned as a full-fledged investment project of Transport, Tourism, Sport and Recreation in Odessa region.
The purpose of the yachting port functioning will be to provide specialized services to owners of yachts and boats: special services unique to the yacht club (parking at the pier, winter storage of floating crafts, registration of arrival/departure), maintenance services (supply and repair of yachts, coastal location of yachtsmen and guests, catering, postal services, etc.).
The project includes bank and building works on the coastal land area of 6.5 ha with placement of the following: groynes, piers, quays for yachts and boats, boathouses, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, swimming pools, athletic fields, parking, etc.
Harbor area of 160,000 sq.m is used for 500 parking spaces for yachts and ships of various classes.
