- terminal for transshipment of bulk cargo
- terminal for transshipment of fuels and lubricants
- transshipment and storage of chilled and frozen food products
- yacht club, service and repair vessels
- other functions.
Current status of Project territory:
- conducted research and received positive results about: performing of shore strengthening activities; construction of berthing facilities.
- obtain approval of government and administrative authorities on the research and studies
- on the basis of the permits was developed and approved working project shore protection and construction of berth facilities
Proposal including: integral property complex and land use rights, project documentation for the implementation of shore strengthening activities and construction of berths.
