The State Statistics Committee of Ukraine has improved the main economic indicators Ukraine.
According to some data, GDP fell slightly less than previously thought
The fall in gross domestic product (GDP) of Ukraine in the second quarter 2015 compared to the second quarter of 2014 (at constant 2010 prices), according to updated data, it amounted to 14.6%.
August 14, State Statistics Committee of Ukraine reported on the fall of GDP in the second quarter on an annualized basis by 14.7%.
Also, the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine improved its estimate of the fall in GDP in the second quarter compared with the previous quarter. According to updated information, compared with the first quarter of 2015, taking into account the seasonal factor, GDP in the second quarter of 2015 decreased by 0.5% instead of 0.9%, made public in August.
According State Statistics Committee, the nominal GDP at current prices in the second quarter amounted to 449.575 billion USD. Gross Domestic Product per one person totaled 10.485 thousand UAH.
