For the adoption of the bill №0014 as a whole voted 263 deputies.
The European Investment Bank will give Ukraine a loan for 20 years at a rate of 200 million euros which will come in tranches of 15 to 40 million euros for the project “Emergency credit program for the restoration of Ukraine.”
The project will be implemented during 2015-2020 years, and executive in charge is the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
The project includes measures to restore infrastructure and improve the living conditions of utilities (centralized water supply and drainage, electricity supply, district heating), repair of roads, railways, bridges, as well as the repair and restoration of damaged office buildings and social infrastructure (educational, health care centers, hospitals, post offices, other social infrastructure) in the eastern regions.
The project also provides for implementation of a number of infrastructure projects in the Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
