Ukraine and Malaysia sign agreement on avoiding double taxation.
Resolution was adopted at a Cabinet of Ministry meeting 27.07.2016.
The government has authorized the Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin sign an agreement on avoidance of double taxation with Malaysia during the official visit the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to this country in August.
“The agreement provides for the elimination of double taxation, as well as increased financial control,” – said the Minister of Finance Alexander Danyluk, introducing the resolution. Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a meeting on July 13 authorized the Minister of Finance Alexander Daniluk sign an agreement with Luxembourg on bringing agreements on avoidance of double taxation between the two countries in accordance with the principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, which provides for the establishment of uniform tax rates, increased control and information exchange financial monitoring.
