- humus – 2,4-3,8;
- Ph – neutral;
- typical black soil \ chernozem, easily and mid clay loam;
- soils are equipped with macro- and micronutrients;
- fields always in the cultivation process, fields are smooth.
Farm consist of:
- property complex, incliuding tractor brigade, office premises, cattle prenises, warehouses, etc.;
- equipment and machinery – tractors, cars, trucks, combine-harvester, agricultural implements \tools;
- qualified specialists.
