The aim of the project is the construction of ski resort in the Carpathians.
The project involves the construction of the ski resort, where four ski slopes will be located, as well as infrastructure facilities, which include: 5, 4-and 2-star hotels, a building of the customer service, weather service and rescue service, lifts, children’s playground, skating rink , parking.
The area of plots – 8,177 ha:
- 2,498 ha – private property;
- 5,679 ha – long-term lease agreement for 49 years with option to purchase.
Return on investment – 15%.
Conduction of own marketing activities on production sales is expected.
In the future it is planned to expand operations and solving of the basic problem of the resort – seasonality – through the summer recreation programs.
