Ukraine Promotes International Investment Protection Through the Ukraine Investment Framework
In 2026, Ukraine continues to cooperate closely with the European Union under the Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF). The framework mobilizes public and private capital to support investment projects while reducing risks for international investors. Financial guarantees and blended finance mechanisms improve protection against investment risks during Ukraine’s recovery. The initiative focuses on infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, SMEs, and digital transformation. By sharing investment risks with international financial institutions, the UIF increases investor confidence.
