The project was developed and embodied by an international team of specialists in the construction of golf courses.
Golf Club has licenses to conduct international of elite golf tournaments.
The project is complex of sports facilities with the technical characteristics of top-level, ready-made solutions in the field of security measures, telecommunications networks and transport interchanges.
Total area of land – 400 ha
Current status (existing structures):
- 36-hole of golf club with three golf fields;
- Club House with the largest golf store, restaurant, congress hall, speaking rooms, a casino and a children’s room with 3D cinema;
- indoor and outdoor training areas for playing golf;
- tracks for cycling and hiking, excursions on golf car, roller skating.
Project of Development is including:
- cottage town (mansions, cottages and lanehouses);
- riding academy (an associate member of elite club);
- 5-stars hotel;
- fitness center;
- restaurants;
- shopping areas with boutiques;
- an outdoor swimming pool;
- a playground for summer sports and fishing (football, basketball, handball, mini football, volleyball, badminton, bowling, croquet, petanque, etc.)
