Fiscal revenues in the consolidated budget increased by 33.6% in January.
According to the State Fiscal Service, in January 2016 the volume of fiscal revenues in the consolidated budget amounted to UAH 34.7 billion
In January 2016 the volume of fiscal revenues in the consolidated budget amounted to 34.7 billion USD, which is 33.6% or by UAH 8.7 billion more than in the same period of 2015. This was reported by the State Fiscal Service.
In the state budget in January 2016 it received 26.9 billion hryvnia, local budgets – UAH 7.7 billion.
Almost the entire volume of state budget revenues in January totaled revenues in its general fund (26.9 billion USD, the Ministry of Finance in January exceeded the plan by 17.8%). At the same time authorities GFS mobilized in the budget of 14.8 billion USD, the customs authorities – 12.1 billion UAH.
To fully implement the plan of the Ministry of Finance on VAT on imported goods into the territory of Ukraine (over-fulfillment of the plan by 0.4%), on VAT on goods made in Ukraine (+ 16.9%), tax on income of individuals (+ 12.5% ), excise tax from goods made in Ukraine (+ 22.1%), excise tax from imported into the territory of Ukraine of goods (+ 5.6%).
In relation to the indicators in January 2015 in January 2016 provided the greatest increase in the VAT from imported into the territory of Ukraine of goods (+ 39.9%), with the VAT incurred on the territory of Ukraine of goods (+ 64.9%), the tax on income of natural persons (2.3 times), excise tax on goods made in Ukraine (+ 70.8%), according to the rent for the use of mineral resources (+ 77.2%), the import duty on (+ 47.2%).
In January 2016 the volume of VAT refunds amounted to 7.9 billion USD.
Proceeds of the single social contribution for the period amounted to 10.4 billion UAH.
As reported, in 2015 the consolidated budget received UAH 587.1 billion, up 38.1%, or 162 billion USD more than in 2014. The flow of 487.7 billion state budget UAH was provided in 2015, local budgets – UAH 99.4 billion.
Revenues in the general fund budget in 2015 amounted to UAH 486.9 billion (over-fulfillment of the Ministry of Finance plan by 1.3%).
The amount of VAT refunds in 2015 amounted to 68.4 billion USD, and the proceeds of the single social contribution – UAH 185.7 billion.
