Germany intends to allocate funds totaling 1.4 billion euro to support Ukraine in 2015, said the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany Markus Ederer at the International Conference in support of Ukraine.
“This year alone Germany will provide 700 million euro in bilateral aid, 500 million euro in the form of financial loans for the program of budgetary support. At the same time, Germany will issue 200 million euro in grants in different areas: energy, energy efficiency, economic development, infrastructure, decentralization , local authorities, the rule of law, fighting corruption, civil society, “- he said.
