Deputies have taken as a basis for the law, which will enter into contracts for the export of services in electronic form.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the draft law №4496 on amending some legislative acts on removing administrative barriers to exports of services.
For the adoption of a law voted 246 deputies.
This bill provides for the possibility of concluding agreements on the export of services in the electronic form and prohibits banks require a translation of English documents into Ukrainian.
In addition, the bill replaces the obligatory passage for foreign exchange controls sealed and signed by the foreign trade agreement and a certificate of completion signed by electronic signature on the invoice.
