Poland has offered Ukraine a loan of 100 million euro for energy saving measures.
Poland is ready to give Ukraine a loan in the amount of 100 million euro for energy saving measures. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Gennady Zubkov.
«Today, in Ukraine need to implement energy efficiency. We are now attracting international financial institutions to assist in this,» – said Zubkov.
Zubkov stressed that funds should be made available to specific municipalities and local government to ensure full transparency in this issue.
He also informed about the programs of compensation of 20% on the acquisition of non-gas boilers, as well as for compensation of 30% for insulation, thermo individual houses and 40% for insulation of apartment buildings.
«If we see that this process occurs we will attract international financial institutions who are eager to get on the underfunded, liquidity and very lucrative market for energy efficiency,» – he said.
