The meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the first revision of the program extended EFF funding is expected in June, said spokesman of the IMF Jerry Rice.
The mission of the Foundation for the revision of the program is considered completed after the meeting of the Board of Directors on the results of its operations.
“Usually, the results of the mission on the ground is preparing an official report. Then, after returning to the head office, it sends the report to the board, who is reviewing it during the meeting,” – said the IMF representative.
As previously reported, approved in March this year a four-year extended fund facility program totaling EFF SDR12,348 billion ($ 17.516 billion) involves the allocation of the International Monetary Fund Ukraine in 2015 after the first tranche of $ 5 billion more for three tranches SDR1,182 billion (about US $ 1,63 billion at current exchange rates).
In the next three years it is planned to allocate four tranches annually size SDR437,975 million (about US $ 620-630 million). The condition of the funds will be quarterly review, the first of which will be analyzed the implementation of performance criteria for end-March this year.
