EU plans to allocate 100 million euros for Energy Efficiency Fund of Ukraine 90 million euros for the civil service and another 100 million euros for decentralization.
“Our European partners will support a fund energy efficiency in Ukraine and we can go to consolidate about 100 million euros and a USD 3 billion to promote energy efficiency. A separate issue – maintaining public service – it will be about 90 million euros, “- said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.
