Ukraine and Latvia intend to develop cooperation in the agricultural sector.
Ukraine and Latvia have good potential for growth in agricultural trade. During the bilateral meeting in Riga with the Minister of Agriculture of Latvia Janis Duklavs the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine said the head of Alex Pavlenko.
During the meeting, the exchange of information on the experiences of countries in the implementation of sectoral projects and prospects for further cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the importance of energy efficiency and energy saving technologies. In particular, the Latvian side offered Ukraine advice and expertise in this area.
In turn, Pavlenko noted that the range of cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia can cover not only the traditional agricultural sector, but also transport, logistics and consulting sector.
