Ukraine placed 5-year Eurobonds in the $ 1 billion under the guarantee of the United States.
Yield securities was 32 basis points to a similar US government bonds.
Ukraine is the second time attracting money at a record low rate guarantee by the United States, fully covering all the risks of the loan.
The issue was Citi, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on May 27 issued a ruling N320, which are governed by the terms of issue of five-year Eurobonds for $ 1 billion under the guarantee of the US government.
According to the decree, the yield of these securities may not exceed 2.5% per annum.
The first issue of bonds for $ 1 billion under the guarantee of the United States has placed in May 2014. Yield then to 28 basis points higher than the yield of US Treasury bonds (Treasuries) maturing April 30, 2019 and amounted to 1.844% per annum. The issue was then made by JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
The Safeguards Agreement for another $ 1 billion in Ukraine and the United States signed on May 18 in Kiev. Guarantees provide 100% payment by the borrower of the loan principal and interest accrued thereon.
