Ukraine plans to increase exports of agricultural products to China.
Ukraine will receive approval to export to China sunflower meal. Also, China does not have any requirements for sugar, wine and confectionery сereal.
China could open the border for a list of agricultural products of Ukrainian origin. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of European Integration Vladislav Rutitskaya on the results of the 5th meeting of the subcommittee on cooperation in the field of agriculture commission on cooperation between the governments of Ukraine and China.
As the Department of Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the CMU, Rutitskaya reported that in the near future Ukraine will be allowed to export to China sunflower meal. General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ) plans to grant the appropriate permissions to the end of the month.
The Chinese side also assured that he has no additional requirements for Ukrainian sugar, wine and pastries.
“We have the opportunity to trade in sugar, but you need to find a reliable Chinese partner. In addition, they discussed the possibility of joint projects, among them – the construction of plants for granulation of pulp. As wine and confectionery obstacle either, have agreed to deepen the links between specific manufacturers” – said Rutitskaya.
