According to him, for the distribution of funds will be carried out competitive selection of projects. In addition, it is planned to create a working group for preparation of the respective projects. Also, the Cabinet approved a draft resolution on some issues of funding for programs and projects of regional development. Recall seven ministries signed a Memorandum of sectoral decentralization.
