The factory will produce environmentally friendly new generation of bakery products with high nutritional and biological value, medicinal properties and heals made on new original domestic technologies with whole-grain without the use of yeast and chemical dough improvers.
The factory uses the technology, according to which bakery products are baked from the extremely useful whole-grain rye and wheat with preservation of all the vitamins and nutrients that are missing in today’s bread due to refining (purification) of flour.
