Project on the Organization and Development of Production Food (technology CapKold – “Cook&Chill”), included sales network.
Stages and target of project implementation:
- Construction of the plant for the production of prepared foods (prepared dishes): planning capacity is 100,000 rations (complex breakfast, lunch, dinner) per shift (shift – 8 hours).
- Creation extensive network of points of sale of manufactured products.
- IRR – 23,8%
- PP – 6 years
- ROE – 32,2%
Initiator of project has:
- experience on the public catering market (more 10 years);
- sales market – more one hundred public institutions;
- assets of the initiator of the project – own storage facilities, refrigerators, vehicles;
- professional team;
- land plot, which necessary for the creation of new production;
- own resources will cover cost of draft design, project construction of works and permitting documentation;
- long-term sustainable relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials;
- supporting local authorities and government.
