Project on the Organization and Development of Production Food (technology CapKold – “Cook&Chill”), included sales network.

Stages and target of project implementation:

  • Construction of the plant for the production of prepared foods (prepared dishes): planning capacity is 100,000 rations (complex breakfast, lunch, dinner) per shift (shift – 8 hours).
  • Creation extensive network of points of sale of manufactured products.

Financial Indicators:

  • IRR – 23,8%
  • PP – 6 years
  • ROE – 32,2%

Initiator of project has:

  • experience on the public catering market (more 10 years);
  • sales market – more one hundred public institutions;
  • assets of the initiator of the project – own storage facilities, refrigerators, vehicles;
  • professional team;
  • land plot, which necessary for the creation of new production;
  • own resources will cover cost of draft design, project construction of works and permitting documentation;
  • long-term sustainable relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials;
  • supporting local authorities and government.
