Foreign direct investment in Ukraine increased over the year by 4.5%

As of July 1, 2016 compared with the same date last year, foreign direct investment (equity) of countries in Ukraine increased by 4.5%. This is according to State statistics.
According to State statistics, foreign direct investment (equity) of countries in Ukraine grew by 4.5% – to 44.791 billion dollars. As at 1 July 2016 against 42.851 billion dollars. As of July 1, 2015.
In particular, the largest investor are: Cyprus – 11.1 billion dollars, The Netherlands has invested 5.769 billion dollars and Germany – 5.447 billion dollars.
The department also noted that the list of countries identified given the largest volumes of investments made into the economy of Ukraine.
