The Government expects growth in the Doing Business ranking by 15 positions in 2017.
The Ministry expected growth in the Doing Business ranking by 15 positions in 2017 as a result of measures to deregulate the economy.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has fulfilled 60% of tasks in the area of deregulation of the economy, which set itself last year, which could lead to the improvement of Ukraine in Doing Business rating in 2017 by 10-15 points.
This was discussed at a meeting of the National Council reform / National Reforms Council, which was held 29 August.
“Today, we focus on building effective regulation. It is necessary to leave the illusion that you can just cancel everything. We need to create a regulatory field, on the one hand does not burden business, but on the other – allows you to provide the necessary level of safety, to create equal conditions of competition “, – explained the concept of the effective regulation of the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv.
“In addition, we expect the growth of Ukraine in the ranking of Doing Business in 2017 10-15 position,” – said in a Ministry statement.
