A corresponding agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Japan was signed on 30 March in Kiev Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Gennady Zubkov, the Minister of Health of Ukraine Alexander Kvitashvili and the Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Shigeki Sumi.
«I have the honor to sign an agreement between Japan and Ukraine to provide $ 8.2 million. $ 4.2 million of these funds will go to the Ministry of Health and the rest will be distributed among the three ministries – Education, Agriculture and Internal affairs», – said the Ambassador of Japan.
