Ministry of Justice of Ukraine continues to work on the simplification of forms that are submitted for the registration of business.
It extends the deadline for the so-called Form 4 until September 25, the state registrar and simplified the procedure for filing this form.
The Ministry explained to:”If you have only changed some one point or the beneficiaries concerned, you just fill out one page and is denoted by the change that you want to reflect in the registry – the rest of the information is already in the register and therefore do not need ten times its update and fill.”
“This is the first step towards simplification of form data. In the near future will be presented all the forms that will be reduced to such a simple sample.”
Also noted the effectiveness of the system online extracts from extracts and references, which can be obtained in electronic form, which is lower than the cost of services by 25%, also do not need to waste time in queues.
From October 1 this year, all public authorities that have access to the registry will no longer require a reference.
