Parliament considered on second reading the draft law “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of legislation in the sphere of state supervision (control).
This law regulates the state supervision and increasing legal protection business. The importance and urgency of this bill is also to create a more transparent system of administrative penalties – sanctions and reduction of corruption factors in the activities of state supervision (control).
