The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Anti-Corruption Strategy.
As reported on the official website of the Ukrainian government, the corresponding decision was taken №265 April 29, 2015.
According to the decree, local authorities are required to submit to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption annually until February 15, April 15, July 15 and 15 October on the status of the program. In turn, the National Agency shall monitor the execution of the program and coordinating authority for its implementation on a quarterly basis and inform the Cabinet of Ministers on the status of implementation of the program.
Within 2 months after the adoption and promulgation of the annual national report on the implementation of the principles of anti-corruption policy should be prepared proposals for changes in the program, as well as the conclusions and recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the situation of corruption.
In September 2017 the National Agency for Anti-Corruption needs to prepare a draft of a new anti-corruption strategy “based on the analysis of corruption risks and the status of implementation of the existing strategy.”
As reported, the Verkhovna Rada in October 2014 adopted a law on anti-corruption strategy for 2014-2017.
