The European Commission signed an agreement on the allocation of Ukraine another 1.8 billion euros.
Means of macro-financial assistance package of 1.8 billion euros according to the memorandum will come in three tranches of 600 million euros – two tranches in 2015 and one in 2016.
Ukraine received the first tranche of macro-financial assistance of 600 million euros in the framework of the memorandum signed today between the European Commission and the Government of Ukraine in the second half of June of the year following the ratification by the Verkhovna Rada of contractual documents and approval by the Board of Directors of the International Monetary Fund’s results of the first revision of the program with Ukraine. This was reported on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine.
One of the conditions for the second tranche of the adoption of the National Bank of criteria for identifying transactions with related parties with the regulator reported that on 12 May adopted a resolution number 315 “On Approval of the Regulation on the definition of related parties” in which inter alia, the procedure for Disclosure of information about the regulator related parties, as well as signs under which the regulator has the right to determine the individuals and entities associated with the bank.
It also reported that the release of the second and third tranches will occur no sooner than three months after the previous release, and in the case of a positive conclusion of the European Commission on the implementation of structural reforms in our country in the framework of the memorandum with the European Commission and the satisfactory implementation of the IMF program.
