Ukraine improved position in the ranking of the Global Innovation Index.
Ukraine took the 56th place in the annual Global Innovation Index, having risen over the year by 8 positions.
In ten years, output index, published by Cornell University, INSEAD business school and the World Intellectual Property Organization, it is the highest position that Joe still occupied Ukraine.
Rankings Switzerland remains six years in a row. It is followed by Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States and Finland.
Ukraine is in the ranking between Mongolia and Bahrain, who hold 55 and 57 seats respectively.
If we consider the group of countries with incomes below the average, there is Ukraine is second only to Moldova.
In “Europe” Ukraine is on the 34 place out of 39, ahead of Macedonia (58), Serbia (65), Belarus (79), Bosnia and Herzegovina (87) and Albania (92).
At the same time Ukraine -uniqueness European country in the overall ranking of 50 to 100, which has improved its position for the year. Jump on the eight positions in the overall ranking Ukraine have provided improvements in major sub-indices: an increase of eight positions on the sub-index’s contribution to innovation (76 position), an increase of seven lines in the “exhaust” of innovation (40).
Ukraine has also strengthened the position of the index of efficiency of innovations, taking 12 place in the overall ranking and 10 in the region.
