In Ukraine harvested 37.6 million tons of grain.
According to some data collection regions to be 9.7 million hectares of early grain and leguminous crops (including wheat – 6.2 million ha, barley -2.9 million ha; rye – 143 million ha; oats – 210 million ha; peas – 237 million ha).
The early grain and leguminous crops threshed on an area of 9.5 million hectares(99% of the forecast), threshed 37.6 million tons of grain (in 2015 – 36.0 million tons) in the yield of 39.4 c/ha (in 2015 – 36.0 c/ha).
The largest shaft of grain threshed in the Odessa region of 3.8 million tons,Vinnytsia – 3.0 million tons, Kharkov – 2.7 million tons, Zaporizhia – 2.5 million tons, Dnipropetrovsk – 2.4 million tons and Mykolaiv – 2.3 million tons.
The highest yield of early grain and leguminous crops in Vinnytsia – 55.3 c/ha, Khmelnitsky – 53.7 c/ha, Cherkasy – 51.8 c/ha, Kyiv – 50.0 c/ha and Ternopil – 48.2 c/ha areas.
Wheat collected on the area 6.1 million hectares or 99% of the forecast, trashed 26.2 million tons of grain (in 2015 – 26.4 million tons) in the yield of 42.8 c/ha (In 2015 – 39.3 c/ha).
Barley threshed on an area of 2.86 million hectares (99%), threshed 9.8 million tons of grain (in 2015 – 8.5 million tons) in the yield of 34.1 c/ha (In 2015 – 30.4 c / ha).
Rye collected on the area of 137 thousand. Ha (96%), threshed 370 thousand. Tons of grain (In 2015 – 349 ths. Tons) at a yield of 26.9 c/ha (in 2015 – 25.3 c/ha).
Oats threshed on an area of 182 thousand. Ha (87%), threshed 468 thousand. Tons of grain (in 2015 – 417 ths. tons) at a yield of 25.6 c/ha (in 2015 – 23.1 c/ha ).
Peas harvested on the area of 235 thousand. Ha (99%), threshed 757 thousand tons (In 2015 – 392 ths. tons), the yield of 32.2 c/ha (in 2015 – 23.3 c/ha).
In addition, rape threshed on an area of 431 thousand ha (95% of the forecast), threshed 1.1 million tons (in 2015 – 1.7 million tons) in the yield of 26.2 c/ha (In 2015 – 25.7 c / ha).
According to data from regions of the gross grain harvest in Ukraine in 2016 is expected within 61 million tons, which will fully satisfy domestic needs and food security also remain good potential resources to supply the external market.
