Ukrainian meat production increased by 1.4%.

Within five months of the year, meat production (live weight) in Ukraine increased by 1.4% compared to the same period of 2015.
In January-May 2016 most meat (in live weight) produced in Vinnitsa – 191.4 thousand tons, Cherkasy – 183.8 thousand tons and Dnipropetrovsk – 126.4 thousand tons.
The lowest figures for the same period showed Lugansk – 10.2 thousand tons, Mykolaiv – 13.1 thousand tons and Chernivtsi regions- 21.2 thousand tons.
Within four months of this year compared to the same period in 2015 Ukraine meat production (live weight) increased by 2.6%.
